Answer:

C) -38

Explanation:

-5=y-7/9\\-5+7/9=y-7/9+7/9\\-38/9=y

I guess closest answer is C

Rearrange the equation by subtracting what is to the right of the equal sign on both sides of the equation: y-(x-(7)/(9))=0

simplify 7/9

y- (x-7/9) = 0

2.1 subtracting a fraction from a whole

rewrite the whole as a fraction using 9 as the denominator

x=x/1=x•9/9
evaluate fraction: the fraction those granted looks different but has the same value as the whole.

common denominator: The equivalent fraction in the other fraction fault in the calculation share the denominator.

2.2 adding up The two equivalent fractions
Add the two equivalent fractions which now have a common denominator

combine the numberators together, put the sum of difference over the common denominator then reduce to the lowest terms as possible:
x•9-(7)/9 = 9x-7/9

y-(9x-7)/9=0

then adding up to the equivalent fractions
9y-9x+7/9=0

now to get rid of the denominator, multiple both sides
9y-9x+7/9•9=0•9
9y-9x+7=0

now this is the formula
Y tells us how far up the line goes
X tells us how far along
M is the slope
B is the Y-intercept

the X and Y intercepts and the slope are called the line properties. we shall now graph line 9y-9x+7=0

ANSWER IS

Slope=1.000
Y-intercept=-7/9
X-intercept=7/9

HOPE THIS HELPED!❤️
