An excess of Vitamin C can cause diarrhea or nausea, excess of Vitamin D can cause calcium build-up( hypercalcemia) which can lead to nausea, weakness, vomiting and in extreme cases bone pain or kidney problems, excess of Vitamin A can cause hair loss, headaches, rashes and even liver damage which can lead to death in extreme cases, excess of Vitamin E is rare but high does can cause bleeding, muscle weakness or fatigue.

So every kind of vitamin overdose has its own problems and risks can be dependent on each individual.
