First, how do you determine or know if someone is a reliable source, or if evidence is reliable/trustworthy?

You can figure out if someone is a reliable source by asking 3 questions. How do they know what they know? (Where they at the event? Did they experience the situation?), What time did this event take place? (Recently? Or many years ago?) and Do they have a reason to be biased?

Evidence from websites can be considered reliable if there is a author listed and if the authors sources are creditable (where did they get the information from?)

Answer:

If you want to know if someone is trustworthy then ask the person a question that you know the answer to and if the person doesn't tell lies then that's a step for finding out more about what you want to know and also find witnesses that will help you to discover what you want to know.... This is want I know for now....Thank you for the question
