APPLICATION FOR PERSONAL STUDY TOUR

Good day Mr. Andrew, this is Joshua Carew your student. I'm organizing a study tour with eight students of the school to make some historical research about King Tutankhamen's tomb in Alexandria.

We have booked a private company to airlift us to Egypt next week and from there we would employ the services of a local guide to explore his tomb or at the very least the surrounding areas. We still have space for two additional people who are willing to join us on the trip. You're more than welcome to join us on our trip.

We would need to borrow some books from the school library and we would like you to give us the authorization to take the books as they would be invaluable to our research and we would return them in pristine order.
