Why are people part Mongolian? Explain why in one paragraph please

Only certain people are part Mongolian, the reason for this is because of Genghis Khan. He forced himself upon many women in the towns he went to, that is why some people are Mongolian. He did conquer most of Europe and Asia, so many people were effected by his presence.

Well , not all humans are part mongolian. Usually it refers to people of south asia , east asia which includes countries sourrounding indonesia and other island countries around it. But if you were to look at the west of the world , also north asia including europe , they arent part mongolian.
