Answer: C -3< y ≤ 3

Explanation:

Starting from the lowest point of the y coordinate to the highest point of the y coordinate. The lowest point is -3 and highest point is 3.At the y coordinate -3 there is an open circle which means we are excluding it and at the highest point 3 there is a closed circle so we will have to include that.
