America so-called New World remain hidden for centuries as it was separated from Europe and remained protected by oceans surrounding it. Christopher Columbus began his journey in quest of a westward route (new route) to Asia. On his way to find India, he found indigenous people and soon released that he found a New World. The trade across the Atlantic Ocean only began after the European powers began to establish colonies. The trade-only began through the Columbus exchange and the Triangular Trade.
