The combined gas law is used.

(P1 * V1) / T1 = (P2 * V2) / T2

Having the data of:

P1 = 1 atm

V1 = 10L

T1 = 127 degreees celsius = 400.15 K

P2 = 1 atm

T2 = -23 degrees celsius = 250.15

(P1 * V1) / T1 = (P2 * V2) / T2

(P1 * V1 * T2) / (T1 * P2) = V2

V2 = (1 atm * 10L * 400.15 K) / (1 atm * 250.15 K)

V2 = 15.996 L
