Answer: Jeffery paid $ 2937 in all.

Explanation:

Given: The cost of antique pull = $890

Mark up percentage = 200%

New price = (cost) + (Mark up percentage) x (cost)

=\$( 890+(200)/(100)*890)\\\\=\$( 890+2(890))\\\\=\$2670

After a tax of 10% , the amount needs to be paid = New price + 10% of New price

=\$(2670+(10)/(100)*2670)=\$(2670+267)\\\\=\$2937

Hence, Jeffery paid $ 2937 in all.
