Answer:

f(x) = -4x²

Explanation:

f(x) = ax²

in (0,0), x = 0 and f(x) = 0 as x is the first item in the element and f(x) is the second

plug this into the equation template

0 = a(0)²

0 = 0

this is always true

In (3, -36), x = 3 and f(x) = -36

plug this into the equation template

-36 = a(3)²

-36 = 9a

divide both sides by 9 to get a

a = -4

thus, our equation is f(x) = ax² = f(x) = -4x²
