Answer: y=3/2x-13/2

Explanation:

concept to know: two parallel lines have the same slope

y=3/2x+b

in order to find b or the y-intercept, we plug the point in

y=3/2x+b

1=3/2(5)+b

1=15/2+b

b=-13/2

----------------------------

y=3/2x-13/2
