Art doesn't need to be perfectly and accurately represented images to be beautiful; art is intended to invoke a mood to the viewer.”

Do you agree with the author regarding Picasso, the painting, and the definition of art? Why or why not?

Use keywords and art terms from the lesson to answer the question. The sculpture may be symbolic of something real (imagery)

Answer:

This question requires your own opinion, but if you want an example, I'll give you mine.

Step-by-step explanation:

Yes, I agree, because is art is always subjective depending on the artist and the audience. For example, my little sister could draw me an image of a time we went to get ice cream. It could be nothing but stick figures drawn in colored crayons, but it's still art, because to my little sister, she's projecting a happy moment of her life on paper with her own hands. To me it is also art, because of the same reason and also because it was a gift given to me by my sister. It holds sentimental value. Either all that, or my little sister just simply likes drawing for the fun of it, which is most likely also true.
