angle CDI = 90 degrees

angle ICE = 128 degrees

Explanation:

In a rhombus, the diagnoals bisect each other and are perpendicular to each other

Therefore, angle CDI is a right angle, which has a measure of 90 degrees

Angle ICE needs a little more work

The diagnoals also bisect the opposite angles of a rhombus

Becuase angle bisector MC bisects angle EMI, angle EMC is congruent to angle DMI

We know that angle DMI is 64 degrees, so angle EMC equals 64 degrees

Adding those two angles together, we get that angle EMI equals 128 degrees

In a rhombus, the opposite angles are congruent to each other

Thus, angle EMI is congruent to angle ICE and angle MEC is congruent to angle MIC

Since angle EMI equals 128 degrees, angle ICE must also equal 128 degrees
