Answer:

This is because we know the amount of Glucose inside the intestinal epithelial cell is higher than in the bloodstream so a uniport in the basolateral surface of the intestinal epithelial cell canbbe used to move glucose into the blood stream and it is the two-Na+/one-glucose symporter placed in the apical surface, acting as secondary active transport that generates the high amount of glucose inside the epithelial cell
