y = 2x -1

Explanation:

y = mx + b

On the y-axis which is the vertical line, it touches the line is on -1.

Therefore, -1 is the y-intercept which is b.

y = mx - 1

Now the slope since it goes up 2 and right one to reach a point again the slope is 2/1 which basically just 2.

Now y = 2x - 1
