Answer:

y = 1/2x.

Explanation:

THe slope of the line = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

= (-4-(-3))/(-8-(-6))

= -1/-2

= 1/2.

y - y1 = m)x - x1)

y - (-3) = 1/2(x - (-6))

y + 3 = 1/2(x + 6)

y = 1/2x + 3 - 3

y = 1/2x Answer.

x = 2y because in both points the x value is double the y value :)
