Requirements

To get total resources we add up the assets of the firm = Cash + Accounts receivable + Supplies +Equipment + Land

= $18,370 + $2,100 +$1,000 +$12,000 +$39,000

= $72,740

How much does the business owe = Salary expense + Utilities expense - Accounts payable

= $2,900 + $1,030 - $1,000

= $2,930
