HELP PLEASEEEEE

Runners in a long distance race start out going 6 kilometers east and then head north for the remainder of the race. The finish line is 10 kilometers from the starting line.

How far did the runners travel north?

4 kilometers

Explanation:

Because, they start out going 6 kilometers and the finish line is 10 kilometers ,so,we will subtract 6 kilometers from the finish line 10 kilometers which will give us 4 kilometers for the north as our answer.
