Answer:

physical: 9 because i move around a lot because my family and i have 4 dogs 2 cats and 3 pet mice and they keep you on your toes plus i run with our dogs.

mental: 8 because I have some issues with the self harming when I am confused and don't understand why thing are happening around me.I don't do it any more because of help from God and family.

emotional:7 it is kind of hard for me to handle my emotions I tend to get angry I learned to play music and wright down my emotions.

social: 10 I love to talk and hangout with friends and family.

spiritual: have a strong faith in God.

environmental: 10 I am in a healthy environment.
