Given:

Numbers of different pizzas made yesterday,

Number of cheese pizza = 21

Number of veggie pizza = 14

Number of Pepperoni pizza = 23

Number of Sausage pizza = 14

To find:

Probability that the next pizza made is not a cheese pizza.

Solution:

Probability that the next pizza is a cheese pizza (P) =

Number of cheese pizzas made yesterday = 21

Total number of pizzas made = (21 + 14 + 23 + 14) = 72

P =

= 29.17%

≈ 29%

Since, probability that the next pizza is not a cheese pizza (P') + Percentage Probability that the next pizza is a cheese pizza (P) = 1

P' + P = 100

P' = 100 - P

P' = 100 - 29

P' = 71%

Therefore, probability that the next pizza made is not a cheese pizza is 71%.
