We must carry out the indicated multiplication (and removal of parentheses) according to Order of Operations rules:

6x - 15 - 4x - 1 + 6 - 10x + 4x

Grouping like terms together, we get:

6x - 4x - 10 x + 4x - 15 -1 + 6

this, in turn, simplifies to:

-4x-10
