It is important to know about the Millennials as a group because the Millennials are not just made up of one person, it is made up of many people and their choices or trends. If it was just one person then it couldn't be a trend it would be just about that one person. Also during this time lots of technological advancements were being made so it would be important to know that the people who invented these things were all born around the time of the Millennials. Also, we could see if the population went up at this time or if it went down and we could see the cause.

Generation Y, often called the Millennials, were people who were born in 1981 to 2001. The world was advancing at a speed no one had seen before. Conveniences were brought into people's lives, such as air conditioning, computers, cars, and airplanes.
