Fc = (mv^2)/r
W=v/r and thus v=wr
So plug back in for v and Fc = m(wr)^2/r
That simplifies to Fc = m(w^2)r
w = 2pi/5
Fc = 30 x (2pi/5)^2 x 5 = 236.8705 N
