It depends on where I am currently but I would say in 1607 I would need a boat and a crew, enough food and water for me and my crew for a couple of weeks, supplies like rags/blankets so we don't freeze on cold nights on our journey and some medicine if we had some. Some of the risks of doing this would be not having enough food/water if we got lost or crashed, if we got some kind of illness from traveling on a ship from rats/mice and other rodents, if the food was moldy or if rodents got into it, and if out water supply leaked out.
