A good argument should have true premises, it should be strong and valid. It must have sound reasoning and solid evidence by using examples, stating facts and giving logical reasons.

An evidence is compelling if it is backed by strong evidence to support the claim.

Work helps the teens to develop better sense of self and responsibility. Teens who work for a sufficient amount of hours for a week get better grades than those who do not work. Jobs also help them to understand personal finance and money.

College education increases the confidence level of students. Students having received college education report higher level of happiness and job satisfaction. They also have have higher levels of civic engagement and are more likely to vote. It increases access to job opportunities and raises their earning potential.
