Why do sunrises & sunsets have different rates at different locations? Shouldn’t it be the same?

Sunrise = 5:50 AM
Sunset = 7:56 PM
5/5/2022 in Tampa, Florida:
Sunrise = 6:47 AM
Sunset = 8:07 PM
Why is there a 57-minute difference between the two sunrises, but only an 11-minute difference between the two sunsets? Why isn’t it the same rate for both sunrise & sunset?
