Answer: C. Infinite many solution

#1 simplify the first equation: 20x-5y=5

since the GCF in it is 5, we factor out 5

4x-y=1

#2 compare the first and the second equation

we can see that both equation are same, which means they present the same line.

Thus, they overlap and they have infinite many solution
