$( - 1)/(5x - 7) > - 11 \\$

$- 1> - 11( 5x - 7)\\$

$- 1> - 55x + 77\\$

$- 1 - 77> - 55x\\$

$- 78> - 55x\\$

$78 < 55x\\$

$x < (78)/(55) \\$

x < 1.42
