what are some really good exercises? im 5"5 and weight is 183.....im a thicc gurl, so just trying to slim my tum down.. ive looked for help everywhere and cant find anything. i have developed heart issues bec of my weight...if you have any tips let me know .....thank you ps. i wouldnt be doing this if i didnt have to, this is my last resort....again thank you very much ps.ps. sorry its the wrong subject there was no physical ed

Okay, so I would suggest starting every morning with a small jog/walk (outside/treadmill. Having a well balanced diet, veggies,fruit,protein,fat. To answer your question... i'm guessing you're think. You can have a some sweets but don't eat them every day. So my main tips, 1. Eat Health 2. Get Yourself on a workout routine 3. Good Sleep (9-10 hours).
