x + 13 = 1.5y + 19.5

x = 1.5y + 6.5

x = 1.5y + 6.5 = 2y + 1

1.5y + 6.5 = 2y + 1

5.5 = 0.5y

11 = y

We know that y = 11

Savannah is currently twice her cat's age plus 1, so...
