The Answer is: 2.23 (2 d.p)
Step-by-step:
The volume of cone= (1/3)* π*radius^2*height
Height of cone= volume/(1/3)* π*radius^2
=21/(1/3)* π*3^2
= 2.23 cm (2 d.p)
