When doing trig you have to remember, "SOH CAH TOA"

Since you're looking for the tangent for angles Q and R, it would be the opposite over adjacent which is what "TOA" stands for. So, opposite of Q is 15 and adjacent to Q is 36, so you get 15/36. Opposite of R is 36 and adjacent is 15 so you get 36/15.
