Answer:

y =
3^((x+1)) -1

Explanation:

x =
log_(3)(y + 1) - 1

x + 1 = log₃(y + 1)

3^((x+1)) = y + 1

3^((x+1)) -1 = y

Let f(x) = y

y = log3(x+1) - 1

Plug x in y and y in x

x = log3(y+1) - 1

x + 1 = log3(y+1)

3^(x+1) - 1 = y

y = 3^(x+1) - 1

This is the inverse function.

Hope it helps! xxxx
