Answer: 9/25 or 36%

Explanation:

The first time it is a probability of 3/5, and the second blue also has a prbability of 3/5. Multiply them together since it is an "and" situation, and you get 9/25. Or, in percentages, it is 60% * 60%, or 0.6 * 0.6, which is 36% or 0.36. Hope this helps!
