moderate physical activity- walk, go bowling

vigorous aerobics- jog, bike, swim

vigorous sports and recreation- canoeing, skateboarding, soccer

muscle fitness exercises- wall climbing, weight lifting

flexibility exercises- yoga, gymnastics

sedentary activity (which is just doing nothing)
