Triangle ABC is dilated using a scale factor of 1/3 to form a triangle A'B'C'. The new coordinates are A'(1,-1),B'(4,-1) and C'(1,-5). What are the ORIGINAL coordinates of Triangle ABC?

Answer: I think it is (3,-3);(12,-3);(3,-15)

Explanation:,

Multiplying the coordinates by 1/3 is making it smaller so I multiplied the inverse of 1/3 which is 3/1.

Basically, (1x3/1,-1x3/1); (4x3/1,-1x3/1); (1x3/1, -5x3/1)
