Answer: 55 degrees

By definition of how the term "central angle" is defined, it is simply equal to the arc measure it cuts off. The central angle JOI subtends or cuts off the minor arc JI which is 55 degrees, so the central angle is also this measure as well.

Put another way, minor arc JI is 55 degrees of a full 360 degree rotation, and so is the angle JOI.
