Answer:

gods and humans

fate and free will

Step-by-step explanation:

Odyssey is a tale of the Battle of Troy and how the victorious King Odysseus on his voyage home encountered several obstacles.

There were conflicts between the gods and humans and the gods interfered in the story at various times. For example, Poseidon sends a mighty wave after Odysseus and his crew after they blinded Cyclops which resulted in the death of Odysseus' men and ship carrying precious cargo.

Athena also helped Odysseus on his way home to Ithaca and helped his son Telemachus to defeat the various suitors that came for the hand of Penelope, Odysseus' wife.

Fate and free will is another theme that is prevalent throughout the tale of Odyssey. Some characters are destined to be destroyed by the gods while some have the fate of being lucky, and favored by the gods.
