Why do you think that the massacre in Tulsa, Oklahoma was largely forgotten, even

by those living in the states?

The massacre in Tulsa was against the black community. Partly the reason the bombing was forgotten was because of racial things. The community in Tulsa was rundown and not cared for. So people turned their heads and didn't care. Also because people often don't care about black community's.
