Okay, so per question we have 4 choices

The number of ways we can answer the first question is 4 ways since there are 4 choices

For the second question, 4 ways also

For the third 4 ways

So the number of ways to correctly answer the question will be ;

4 * 4 * 4 * 4 = 256 ways
