In the arthmetic sequence {-9, -4, 1, 6, 11,…}, what is the common difference ?

Answer: 5

11-6 = 5

Or we could pick 6

6-1 = 5

The common difference is 5 each time. Take for example -9 and -4 it’s goes up 5, and then 1 and 6 it goes up five and so on,hope this helped!
