Answer:

Min = 2

Max = 10

Explanation:

C = 2(x+y)

x ≥1

y ≥0

y ≤5 -x

The smallest y can be is zero

The smallest x can be is 1

The minimum is

C = 2 ( 0+1) = 2 ( 1) = 2

Looking for the max

y ≤5 -x

Add x to each side

x+y ≤5

The max is 5 for x+y

Substituting that into the equation for C

C = 2(5)

C = 10

Min = 2

Max = 10
