3x^2 - 21 (did you mean for the equation to be
(5 - x^2 + 2) \cdot -3?)

Explanation:

Multiplying -3 by each term:


-3 \cdot 5 = -15


-x^2 \cdot -3 = 3x^2


-3 \cdot 2 = -6


-15-6 = -21

So the equation comes out to
3x^2 - 21 .
