Basically the above data is the representation of the linear equation.

Thus the slope of linear equation is given as,

m = (y2-y1) / (x2-x1)

so taking any randoms numbers from the given table, we get as,

m = (14-7)/(16-8)

m= (7)/(8)

slope = m = 0.875
