Solve each equation with (0, 3)

y = -x + 3

3 = -0 + 3

y = 3 (correct since y = 3 in (0, 3))

y = 2x - 3

3 = 2(0) - 3

3 = 0 - 3

3 = -3 (incorrect since it isn't equal)

So... No, because it does not check in the second equation.

Best of Luck!
