No they can't be equal

Explanation:

L.H.S. :-

2/3 × ( -6/7 + 4/5 )

=> 2/3 × -2/35

=> -4/105

R.H.S

(2/3 × 4/5) × -6/7

=> 8/15 × -6/7

=> -48/105

L.H.S IS NOT EQUAL TO R.H.S.
