Explanation:

Let's say that the three consecutive numbers are

x-1,x,x+1.

Twice the sum of the two smallest numbers:

2(x -1 +x)

13 more than three times the largest number

13+3(x+1).

2(2x-1)=13+3x+3

4x-2=3x+16

4x-3x=16+2

x=18. So the numbers are:

17, 18, 19
