I believe it would be 30%

Explanation:

If we look through the list of coin flips for each time there is a group (of 3) that has 2 tails and 1 heads, we would find that there are 10 groups.

So to solve this we can simply divide 10 (the amount of groups with 2 tails) by 30 (the total amount of groups) which gives us 33.333%. Now this isn't really an exact answer, but it is closer to 30% than it is to 35% so it would probably be safe to say that we could round down.
