First you need to find the numbers in the first slot. The numbers could be 2,4,6,7,8,9, or 0. That is 7 numbers that could possibly be the first number. that probabilty is 1/7, so 7 options.

Now there are 4 slots left. and 10 numbers to choose from (including the number 0)

You could multiplty 4 times 4 10 times which equals 1048576.

now you multiply that by 7. 1048576 times 7 equals

There are 7340032 zipcodes that are possible.
