Some of the fungi multiply a-sexually and some fungi do have a-sexual and sexual reproduction with the alternation of generation. The fungi is used to commercial food industry to make the yeast for baking, brewing and for making cheese and wine. It is used for fermentation. It is also use in the form of enzymes and bacteria.
